Clementina, the visionary owner, brings a world of experience to Paper Plane. With her roots in Italy, she's explored creative landscapes around the globe – from studying design in Edinburgh to film-making in Milan and Bologna. Finally, she landed in Midcoast Maine in 2015. Clementina is no stranger to the culinary scene, having previously owned and operated 'Meanwhile in Belfast'. Camden Famous Food offerings include vegan dumplings, burrata, avocado toast, meatballs.
